Home Base Collections have created a range of hemp and organic cotton fabrics designed by artist Leanne Culy, inspired by her art work on rowing oars she has translated imagery of New Zealand to screen printed hemp.

The fabrics are made to stand the test of time – durable and stable, have maximum light fastness, all qualities to give them a long life. we chose to have the fabrics produced with the least environmental impact, the yarns grown using no herbicides or pesticides & are fully biodegradable.

Gisborne is our 55% hemp & 45% organic cotton base cloth & is suitable for light weight upholstery, soft furnishings, drapery, loose covers, bed throws & table linen.
